Brian Furgala has joined Wolters Kluwer to manage its extensive documents portfolio

New York, NY – Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory U.S. today announced the hire of its new Director of ERISA Services who will take on a key role within its (FTW) portfolio.

Brian Furgala, Esq, CPC, QPA joins Wolters Kluwer’s team after more than fifteen years at GrayRobinson, a full-service corporate law firm, where he specialized in ERISA plans, corporate employee benefits and executive compensation plans. With his extensive experience in employee benefits, he will oversee all document products for Wolters Kluwer’s software line including retirement, welfare, and non-qualified plan documents.

As Director of ERISA Services, Brian will manage the nearly 300,000 retirement plan documents and nearly 50,000 welfare plan documents available on and monitor all legal, regulatory and procedural changes that affect those plans. He will also work with the Technical Answer Group (TAG) to provide insight into customers’ complex questions around defined contribution and defined benefit plan questions.
